About You

We are looking for someone who is obsessed with quality and product, with a vision to proudly take the product for our customers to the next level. As a Senior QA engineer, you will have ownership over creating and implementing strategies and processes to help the team identify and resolve problems. You will have end-to-end ownership over designing the system, implementing performance testing, and system integrations. In this role, you will be closely working on the product with the founders directly helping us build a product that our customers love.

Responsibilities:

• Test current products for product quality, identify issues and suggest solutions to identified product problems to make improvements and help us achieve better customer satisfaction
• Plan, create and manage the overall quality improvement strategy
• Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution
• Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
• Oversee continuous improvement projects
• Take ownership over tools and automation to implement quality
• Identify key KPIs for product quality
• Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
• 4+ years of experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies, Manual Testing, etc.
• Strong experience with software QA tools and processes including Cypress and Selenium
• A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
